Hobing Korean Dessert Cafe

Summer is already over but for tropical countries like Philippines, summer never ends. Since we are near the equator, we only have two seasons: Summer and Summer. Just kidding 😂

Here in the Philippines, we have famous dessert called Halo-halo. Halo-halo is composed of mixed sweets topped with crushed ice, milk, leche flan, purple yam, and ice cream. But did you know that halo-halo is not only in the Philippines?

In Korea, they have this and called it Bingsu. Bingsu or Bingsoo is a Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings such as fruits, condensed milk, cookies, fruit syrups, and nuts. This snack is very popular in Korea and now invading the tastebuds of every Filipino.

Hobing Korean Dessert Cafe, one of the famous Bingsu cafe in the Metro, offers wide variety of Bingsu flavors to choose from. Just a quick note before you eat this delicious dessert: unlike Halo-halo, you don’t need to mix it. The ingredients are evenly dispersed so you can taste the treats immediately.

If you are a chocolate-lover then you must try this Bingsu. One of their best-seller, Choco Brownie Bingsu will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. The combination of chocolate shaved ice, almonds, chunks of brownies, and drizzle of chocolate syrup made this dessert super sweet. Don’t forget to drink lots of water after indulging in this Bingsu if you don’t want to have sore throat!
